Actually it's just that the day before exam I asked Kelly to teman me to the teacher's room to go see Cikgu Maziani. We weren't allowed in the room since it was before exams and all but we managed to ask a teacher to call her. Anyway, she was busy talking on the phone so we waited for her to finish. It was really hot that day so Kelly just stood by the entrance to the room with her foot blocking the door so that she can get air-con xD

So we looked into the room and saw a certain teacher talking to some other teachers and..

and he was standing like

so BERGAYA.



Damn bergaya man.

And so we've named him Lelaki Bergaya Tahun 2008.

Peace and religion.

"Isn't your religion based on peace?", said Sabs with an expression similar to the D:> emoticon.

Every religion is based on peace. Well not every. I don't really know about every single religion in the world. But the major ones: Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Taoism, Hindu, Jewish, etc.

are all based on peace right?

Explain to me then what's up with the KKK. I'm sure back then people were also saying "Isn't your religion based on peace?". It's not based on religion but still, they killed Jewish people. So it's kinda based on religion + white supremacy.

Anyway, you have to understand a few things. Our brain and body has been specifically designed to stay away from things that hurt us. To have a defense system, fight what is not good for us. Our immune system fights away viruses. It's all natural.

So when there are people barging into your homes during dinner (or whatever it is that you can call dinner, since you are not allowed to leave your house due to house arrest), killing your brother, arresting your father and some bastards even dare to rape your sisters when they are to same so-called soldiers who were sent there to help you gain peace...

wouldn't you feel something? Would you feel anger? Injustice, pain, frustration?

What would you do then. Sit silently? No. You decide to do something for revenge.

Our emotions take over. Our mind is no longer functioning properly. Sure, your religion tells you no, don't resort to violence, try and make some kind of deal or something.

Lol deal. Sure sure. Your whole family is dead, you have nothing to live for and no future to look forward to. Make a deal.

There are times when logic is not present. Emotion takes over. There are things that we don't know about that happens over there. Something personal. Nothing can be explained.

What about those people that say they're doing it for Islam? What about them? JIHAD JIHAD and all that.

First of all, there are many forms of jihad. By even wearing a hijab when you are not allowed to, it is considered jihad. It's not all suicide bombing.

Secondly, refer to above. Emotion takes over. Some overly-religious-till they're-not-actually-religious-anymore egoistic people could've convinced that guy to wear a bomb.

I'm tired of people asking me 'Isn't Islam based on peace?'. All I can say is yes. Yes it is. But not all people practice Islam correctly.

I can't help it. I love food.

I also realize that when i'm really sad/depressed, only food helps. The soothing tastes of...well anything I love eating lol, would take me away from the pain. And I realized this especially yesterday, when I saw a video on youtube. It's called 'Dear Stephanie, I love you'. Haha, it's so cute. This guy made a song for his girlfriend, and it looks so sweet.

I am now currently in that 'ohmygodhighschoolisalmostoverwheredidthetimego' D: mood. I'm nearly 16 (countdown: 21 days) and then my Form 4 year is over. Then it's Form 5, SPM, and i'm out.

No more waking up at 6 am.

No more long car rides to school.

No more nasi lemak.

No more gossiping, sembang kosong, pujuk cikgu takmau kelas.

Nothing.

I'm going to miss all that, even though I ponteng school a lot. Lol. But then again, having something you can ponteng from is part of my childhood experience. Always fun. I know when I start working I can't do these kinds of things anymore.

Hm. Other topic.

I wonder if people think religion is the 'safe side' in life. It's like you either choose to be faithful to your agama, or live on the wild side. Perhaps it's only in Islam that you come to this important decision.

Would living my life to the fullest, include jeopardizing my beliefs?

The title is not totally random. I got a wax hand. No not that I got my hand waxed, it's my hand made out of wax. Y'know, the kind of stuff you get at Genting.

Heee. Genting was fun. I got to ride everything I wanted for once. Except for the Flying Dragon and the Mine Train roller coasters.

Anyway, I realize that i've been reading a lot of people's blogs lately. Malay ones. Also, since I just came back from Johor because unfortunately I too have to face reality (just one day later than other people. Sorry guys, came back from KL pretty late yesterday) I might start typing in Malay now and then macam ni without you knowing kan?

Let me tell you about Raya. It was fun, went to Genting and all. Tapi wallet dah berlubang la.

But the food was...*drool* of course, i'm still waiting for the school's nasi lemak. But on Friday we stopped at this gerai to get some breakfast (Johor style: lontong kering). Dad took some bihun instead with this sambal. Oh man. The sambal was so...sedaplah. Taktau camane nak kata.

So I was like "Pak, nak sikit sambal" and then the gerai auntie suddenly came out of nowhere and said to me "Kalau nak sambal, amikla" and she gave me a whole bowl of it XD

My mascara was running like mad as I took several bites of the spicy sambal and cried, dengan hidung berhingus.

"Pak, boleh bungkus ke sambal ni?"
